Job Description:

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting and optimized relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least one significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector.
  • Agile, resourceful, and independent spirit.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Slides).
  • Fluency in English and French (mandatory).

Location: Full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Contract: Permanent
