As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will implement actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure a lasting and optimized relationship.

Requirements include:

  1. At least significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector.
  2. An agile, resourceful, and independent spirit.
  3. Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets/Slides).
  4. Fluency in both English and French (mandatory).

Location options include full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The position offers a permanent contract with a fixed package of 11 days off plus 25 paid holidays.
