Job summary

CMA CGM Group, a global leader in shipping, is looking for a proactive and friendly customer service assistant to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will support and coordinate customer delivery activities with our Shared Service Center, internal teams, agencies and clients to optimize the overall Customer Experience (CX).

• Support pre‑invoicing controls and invoicing processes.
• Prepare and send Notices of Arrival (NOA).
• Follow up on idle situations and escalations.
• Promote relevant products and services.
• Support system updates and coordination with involved teams.
• Provide guidelines and support to the customer service team.
• Support KPI monitoring and contribute to CX objectives.
• Participate in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

You will support and coordinate customer delivery activities, working closely with our Shared Service Center, internal teams, agencies and customers. Your contribution will help optimize customer service and promote an excellent Customer Experience (CX).

What You Will do?

• Assist with cargo release activities (on‑carriage & empty returns)
• Support pre‑invoicing controls and invoicing processes
• Prepare and send Notices of Arrival (NOA)
• Follow up on idle situations and escalations
• Participate in the promotion of relevant products and services
• Support system updates and coordination with involved teams
• Provide guidelines and support to the customer service team (processes, disputes, customer profiles, etc.)
• Support KPI monitoring and contribute to achieving Customer Experience (CX) objectives
• Participate in process optimization projects and digital transformation initiatives
