PMB Services, Inc. is looking for a full-time Collections/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns regarding overdue accounts, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy. You will be the front line of communication for customers, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and positively, and helping customers with payments or billing inquiries. Responsibilities:
-Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect payments on overdue accounts.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing payment solutions, and resolving account-related issues.
-Update customer account information and payment statuses in our system.
-Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and develop payment plans if necessary.
-Work with management to resolve more complex collections issues and escalations.
-Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and collection efforts.
-Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for collections while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Handle customer disputes and negotiate payments or settlement options.
-Comply with relevant laws and regulations governing collections practices.

BENEFITS:
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: From $16.50 per hour, plus monthly bonus potential

Requirements:
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-1+ years of experience in customer service or collections is a plus.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to handle customer concerns and payment discussions with professionalism and empathy.
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to meet performance goals and work under pressure.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software (CRM).
-Knowledge of collections regulations and procedures is .
-Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
