Customer Service Agent - NTE Summer Season

Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.

As a Customer Service Agent at Volotea, you will play a vital role in shaping the passenger experience. Working in a dynamic airport environment, you will handle challenges with professionalism, collaborate with a dedicated team, and ensure every traveler receives attentive and high-quality service, making their journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Fixed term position. Period: May–October

How will it be to work with us?

1. Assist passengers at check-in by managing queues, providing a warm welcome, and guiding them through check-in and baggage drop-off.
2. Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism, recording feedback to improve service quality.
3. Ensure a smooth boarding process by managing queues, assisting with procedures (especially Priority Boarding), and offering clear guidance.
4. Support passengers during overbooking or flight disruptions, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.
5. Stay up to date with airline policies, regulations, and procedures to maintain compliance and deliver a seamless experience.

What will make you succeed in this position:

1. Exceptional communication skills and customer service mindset.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm in fast-paced or challenging situations.
3. Intermediate English and advanced French (Italian and German are a plus).
4. Previous experience in airport operations or passenger customer service is preferred.
