We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service staff to manage client reservations, provide accurate service information, promote products, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Able to operate computers and basic applications (Ms. Office, Whatsapp Business, Clinic CRM / EMR)

Able to manage reservation schedules and working with queue systems.

Possess basic sales skills (soft selling) to promote services or skincare products.

Provide accurate information about products and services

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Required:

Have a minimum 1-2 year experience as FO in hotel or beauty clinic.

Minimum D3/S1 educational background in hotel/hospitality major or other related major.

Capable in operating Microsoft office such Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Have a willingness to learn and adapt to new place, specifically in Bali.

Able to speak in English is a must.

Preferred:

Proficiency in other Asian languages such as Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly desirable and will be an asset in communicating with diverse patient groups.
