A fast-growing FinTech company in Paris is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support clients with the Pliant platform. You will utilize your strong communication skills in both French and English to guide clients through implementation and ongoing use. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, preferably in a SaaS environment, and enjoys a dynamic work setting. This role offers remote working options and attractive remuneration.
