If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

What you will do

You will be the voice of the customer for Renault Trucks light commercial vehicles, connecting our commercial organization with Trucks Technology and Industrial teams and external partners, including Renault Group.

Your mission is to identify the issues that matter most, mobilize the right stakeholders and drive robust solutions from field evidence to customer impact.

  • Drive the identification, consolidation, prioritization and escalation of quality issues affecting LCV internal-combustion and battery-electric vehicles.
  • Turn customer and field insights into action by leading product-quality improvements, containment measures, warranty extensions and preventive campaigns.
  • Coordinate the quality network to ensure campaigns are prepared, launched and completed with speed, discipline and clear ownership.
  • Use connected-vehicle data and off-board diagnostics to strengthen early detection, predictive alerts, vehicle uptime and warranty-cost control.

  • Communicate a clear, fact-based view of range quality to Sales Areas, markets and decision-making forums, highlighting risks, priorities, actions and expected outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, campaign and warranty processes and tools, including Argus QR, Jira PIL-CPI, UCHP, Optidoc/Impact, VDA, Diagnostica+, Q-WAS, QAST, Fleet Quality Scan and VSR.
Your future team

You will work in a highly cross-functional and international environment within Renault Trucks Product Management and Marketing. The role collaborates closely with Sales Area Quality Managers, Warranty, Technical Support, Trucks Technology and Industrial Quality, Product and Service teams, Volvo Trucks Quality and Campaign Management, and Renault Group. You will have broad exposure and the opportunity to influence decisions across technical and commercial organizations.

Who are you?

You combine technical credibility with the energy to make things happen. You are comfortable moving from data and root-cause discussions to stakeholder alignment and customer-oriented decisions. You build trust, communicate clearly and keep momentum when the path to resolution is complex.

  • A master's degree in engineering, or an equivalent technical background gained through relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of vehicle technology, products or services, with the ability to understand technical issues and their customer and business impact.
  • A strong action orientation: you take ownership, create clarity, follow through and deliver results with perseverance.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues, use facts and balance technical, customer and business considerations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and align stakeholders across functions, organizations and cultures.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have
  • Experience in automotive quality, warranty, aftersales, technical support or campaign management.
  • Knowledge of Renault Trucks products and services, together with relevant quality and warranty processes and tools.
  • Experience with connected-vehicle data, remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance or software deployment.
  • Exposure to light commercial vehicles, battery-electric vehicles or collaboration with external vehicle partners.
What success looks like
  • Customers experience higher uptime, stronger confidence and more effective resolution of product-quality concerns.
  • Priority issues are identified earlier, escalated with the right evidence and driven to sustainable closure.
  • Campaigns and containment actions are executed on time with clear accountability across the network.
  • Warranty exposure is actively managed and recovery opportunities are secured through accurate data and disciplined follow-up.
  • Stakeholders receive concise, transparent and decision-oriented communication on quality status, risk and progress.
What's in it for you?
  • A role with direct and visible impact on customer satisfaction, vehicle uptime and the quality reputation of Renault Trucks.
  • The opportunity to work at the intersection of product technology, data, quality, warranty and commercial operations.
  • Broad collaboration across Renault Trucks, Volvo Group and Renault Group in an international environment.
