Job Description

We are looking for passionate individuals skilled in Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK, Redis, MongoDB, SaltStack, Ansible, and S3. You care about customer experience and want to work with talented colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience.

- Salary depends on experience; positions for juniors and seniors available.

- Location: Paris or full remote.

- Full-time position.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers on technical and functional challenges.
• Explore various OpenSource stacks.
• Participate in R&D projects at different stages, including requirements, technological challenges, product evolution, and prototype testing.
• Propose new and disruptive solutions.

About You

• You are comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• You aim to create, follow, and document high-quality technical material.
• You strive to impress customers, partners, and colleagues with excellent communication.
• You can provide clear and insightful feedback on technical issues and customer experience.

Hard Skills Needed

• At least 4 years of Linux system administration experience.
• Management of large, high-availability distributed environments.
• Proficiency in Shell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Redis, MongoDB, SaltStack, Ansible, S3.
• Experience working in diverse, distributed teams.
• Understanding of service platforms, customer needs, software design, hardware requirements, and configuration.
• Knowledge of networking, NAS/SAN, load-balancing, web services, SMB is a plus.
