Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless shipment delivery from booking to arrival, maintaining brand consistency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain activities to ensure operational excellence and data standardization
  • Support the commercial pipeline and follow up on quotes to contribute to sales targets
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Lead a team by monitoring performance and driving improvements in service delivery
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives
  • Collaborate across functions to enable a high-quality customer experience and internal alignment
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role within a large international company
  • Strong passion for driving closures and delivering high-level customer service, customer centricity, and results-driven approach
  • Data-driven, analytical, and action-oriented mindset
  • Solid understanding of operational processes
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required
  • Spanish at B1/B2 level is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination and relationship building
  • Well-organized and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong team player, fostering collaboration across the business
  • Demonstrates urgency, ownership, and persistence despite challenges
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
  • Positive and proactive attitude
