Your Day-to-Day :

As a Customer Experience Specialist , youll be the first point of contact for customers across various channelsphone, email, chat, and social media. Your mission? Deliver top-notch service, solve problems, and leave customers feeling supported and valued.

You'll :

Help customers with orders, questions, and tech issues

Engage across multiple communication channels

Tailor your tone and approach to match brand guidelines

Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy

Log cases and interactions with accuracy and care

Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a big plus

Tech-savvy or have troubleshooting experience? Even better!

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
