Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your goal? Provide excellent service, resolve issues, and ensure customers feel valued.

You will:

  • Assist customers with orders, questions, and technical issues
  • Engage through multiple communication channels
  • Adapt your tone and approach to match brand guidelines
  • Handle escalations professionally and empathetically
  • Accurately log cases and interactions

Requirements include experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat), tech-savviness or troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and fluency in French and English.
