A leading luxury retail company in Paris seeks a Customer Experience Manager to enhance customer service and drive sales. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail leadership and a passion for customer service. Maintain sales floor standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Execute promotional and visual merchandising strategies that attract and engage customers.
Track and analyze customer service metrics (ATV, conversion, UPT, etc.).
Identify gaps and opportunities in service delivery and recommend actionable improvements.
Support achieving sales targets by focusing on service-driven selling and upselling.
3+ years of experience in a retail or customer service leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for customer service, fashion, and the Victoria’s Secret brand.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
