Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end shipment process, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Provide value-added solutions to customers through business knowledge and process understanding.
  • Maintain customer-centric approach, preventing errors and ensuring timely document submission.
  • Identify process deviations and proactively communicate with customers and management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through conference calls and emails.
  • Record and report performance, providing recommendations for service improvement.
  • Comply with customer SOPs and monitor KPIs.
  • Execute reports and tasks assigned by management.
  • Respond to all enquiries via phone and emails in a timely and accurate manner & escalate difficulty as defined in SOPs / IOPs.
  • Execute reports or other tasks assigned by Team Leader/Manager.
We are looking for

  • Solid experience with logistics companies and supply chain management, including origin and destination operations.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills and relationship building.
  • Customer-centric with a result-oriented approach.
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Good understanding of operational processes and ability to drive issues to closure despite obstacles.
