  • Develop a documentation model for the Customer Connect API activity

ACTIVITIES
  • Understand the interactive flow between Customer Connect API and Customers
Documentation of Workflow
  • Understand customer needs
  • Create a documentation pattern from Customer Connect API to Customers

For each step, consider the required deliverables, resources, governance, dependencies, tools, roles, responsibilities, and how each step connects to the next. Consider including a Q&A section and reuse existing materials, which are available but may need better structuring.

OBJECTIVES
  • Simplify daily interactions between Customers and Customer Connect API
  • Establish a clear information foundation for team member onboarding
  • Provide Customer Connect API with a robust documentation model
  • Reduce human intervention in interactions
QUALIFICATIONS: PEERS & INTERACTIONS
  • Report to and collaborate with the Customer Connect API Manager
  • Coordinate with the Customer Connect API Product Owner as applicable
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
  • Curious, organized, outspoken
  • Interest in systematic process implementation
  • Successful team coordination skills
  • Effective communication to understand client needs, questions, and expectations
  • Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
  • Excellent command of English, as work involves international clients
