Would you like to gain experience in an international group that is a leader in the Wind Energy industry, and oriented towards respect for the environment?
Vestas France Service department is in charge of the preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas wind turbines installed in France, is looking for a Customer Care Support who will in charge to support the operational teams in interactions with customers for the maintenance programs of our turbines.

The Service Department is responsible for the smooth running of our customer’s wind farms, ensuring the highest levels of performance from each turbine for its entire lifespan. It works to ensure that the turbines are operational to their maximum capacity, delivering the best possible energy yield for customers. As such, the team is key to maintaining long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Your main missions will be:
  • Compliance with the Group’s Quality, Safety and Environment standards.
  • Coordinate customer relations on operational matters (state of turbines, latest events, upcoming events, etc.) by assisting the Planner and the Maintenance Center Manager with the client’s interfaces.
  • Answering the Client’s technical questions (about which part has been replaced, technical reporting) with the support of the maintenance center.
  • Provide regulatory and contractual documentation to the client.
  • Provide visibility about the intervention schedules for the upcoming weeks.
  • Send level 1 proposals to clients about simple elements.
  • Communicate with internal Vestas entities about machine stoppages.
  • Provide information in order to calculate the machine’s performances every month, and obtain approval from the clients for these performance levels.
  • Calculate the performance levels according to the contractual impacts (bonuses and penalties).
  • Follow-up of the ongoing projects.
  • Ensure that the proper information is provided to the clients thanks to Vestas IT tools.
  • Attend meetings with the clients in order to solve issues.

Qualifications

  • Either BTS or Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent English is a plus.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft's pack.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize, sales oriented, good organization skills.
