Description du poste

We are looking for a charismatic, and energetic individual to join our Customer Care team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • To offer customer-facing, after-sales support to our customers
  • To monitor, schedule and follow up in house and onsite service calls between our technical team
  • To assist with the overall organisation of the department, answering incoming customer calls and any other general administrative and clerical duties

Skills and competencies

  • O-Level standard of education
  • Customer oriented and motivated to take charge of resolving customer issues
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Maltese
  • The ability to work as a team player
  • Be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office

Previous customer service experience will be considered an asset.
