Customer Account Advisor

CA Britline is the English-speaking branch of Crédit Agricole Normandie. We offer a full French Banking Service by telephone and internet for clients residing in the UK, Ireland, and France. We provide expert financial advice to our customers, offering information and the best options to assist them in their personal projects in France. Our services include bank accounts, insurances, investments, mortgages, and currency solutions.

Your role :

Working in a busy modern office with a friendly and professional team, you will:

  • Provide efficient service ensuring our customers' banking issues are resolved professionally and promptly, delivering a positive banking experience.
  • Be passionate about customer service, listen to customers' needs and goals, and offer guidance towards appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to meet customer expectations.
  • Progressively advise clients on all aspects of their banking and insurance needs.
Profile

Qualifications and skills :

Previous banking experience is not required as full training is provided; however, the ideal candidate will have prior Customer Sales & Service experience in the UK. Minimum qualifications of BAC +2 (Degree) or equivalent are required, which can sometimes be substituted with proven professional experience. A good level of French (level B2 recommended) and English is necessary. Extensive knowledge and experience of living in the UK are also required.

Location and working hours :
  • Join our Britline branch at our Caen site in Normandy.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Hours: Variable but between 8.45 am and 6 pm.

We offer a 13-month salary, depending on experience (excluding profit-sharing). Additional benefits include:
