The role :

Working in a busy modern office with a friendly and professional team. You will…

1. Provide an efficient service ensuring that our customers always have their banking issues resolved professionally and promptly and have an overall positive banking experience.
2. Be passionate about customer service, listen to customers' needs and goals and offer guidance to steer them towards appropriate solutions.
3. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure that customer expectations are met.
4. Progressively advise clients on all aspects of their banking and insurance needs.

Eligibility :

1. Previous banking experience is not required as full training is given, however the ideal candidate will have previous Customer Sales & Service experience.
2. Minimum educational qualifications of BAC +2 or equivalent. In some circumstances this can be substituted by proven professional experience.
3. Good level of French and English language.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience of living in the UK.
