Job Description

The Custom Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for optimizing the utilization and performance of the Med Planet panel, ensuring that quantitative and qualitative projects are delivered within the provided budget and timelines.

This role involves identifying and deploying custom recruitment solutions to maximize the successful delivery of projects for Med Planet and cross-divisional projects where M3 MR group companies access the Med Planet Panel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute multichannel recruitment methodologies, including email campaigns, cold calling, desk research, social media, and more.
  2. Attend project meetings with project managers and share notes on action plans.
  3. Call, schedule, confirm, and rescreen respondents for qualitative studies.
  4. Send confirmation letters and consent forms, follow up as needed.
  5. Achieve daily call and strike rate targets.
  6. Review project progress and inform project managers when sampling strategies are exhausted.
  7. Monitor recruitment performance and ensure projects meet deadlines.
  8. Plan and implement recruitment solutions to maximize resources and reduce costs.
  9. Analyze recruitment tactics post-implementation for improvements.
  10. Provide feedback on project feasibility based on market intelligence.
  11. Support respondents professionally via phone and email.
  12. Handle administrative tasks related to fieldwork recruitment.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve respondent inquiries and complaints.
  14. Conduct panel building activities as needed.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience: Preferably 1 year in healthcare market research recruitment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Basic math skills for calculating incidence rates, response rates, etc.
  • Interest or experience in healthcare.
  • Critical thinking and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality of work.
