sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. As Strategy and Operations Lead to the CTO in Paris, you will amplify the CTO’s thinking and execution across Engineering, Product, Data, IT and Security.

You’ll translate complex topics into executive-ready narratives and drive cross-functional programs with a bias for action. You’ll work directly with the CTO on strategic topics, develop your own point of view, challenge when needed, and deliver results with limited guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving technology environment (CoS/Strategy & Ops, consulting, PM)
• Highly reliable with strong ownership and delivery
• Highly structured; turns ambiguity into clear priorities and actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-level material
• Fully fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong business and technology knowledge; not required to be an engineer
• Comfort discussing software delivery, architecture, AI, engineering productivity and reliability
• High agency; able to start making progress without detailed brief
• Exceptional follow-through and accountability with senior stakeholders
• Ability to move quickly between strategy and execution while maintaining priorities

Responsabilités

• Translate complex topics into clear narratives for different audiences (engineers, execs, investors)
• Prepare the CTO for important discussions with context, facts and materials
• Keep key messages, decisions and priorities documented and aligned
• Maintain visibility on priorities, commitments, risks and dependencies
• Turn decisions into clear actions, owners and deadlines
• Track progress and surface blockers early; manage leadership cadences
• Define outcomes, scope and execution plans for strategic programs
• Coordinate senior stakeholders, workstreams and milestones
• Drive decisions, manage risks and remove blockers
• Maintain momentum until initiative reaches a clear outcome or transitions to ownership
• Contribute to organization design, headcount planning and critical hiring
• Consolidate and follow up on Technology budget and investments
