About the role

Within the Information Technologies and Systems Department (DTI) and reporting to the DTI Director, the Technical Director is responsible for defining and implementing the technical strategy for the development and deployment of products developed by ENOVACOM.

Working closely with the R&D Director, they ensure alignment between the company's strategic vision and technological choices within a SaaS model.

The Technical Director, as the guarantor of the technical strategy, leads the Design Authority to ensure performance, excellence, innovation, and coherence in the company's technological positions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's technical strategy.
• Implement the Move to SaaS strategy.
• Manage and oversee the Design Authority.
• Monitor projects and coordinate with the R&D Director.
• Lead technological watch activities.
• Collaborate closely with product R&D, marketing, and operational teams to ensure technical coherence in development.

Technical Environment

• Cloud/SaaS (private, public, HDS)
• Development environment (JAVA, PHP, REACT, .NET, ...)
• Production environment (GIT, JENKINS, NEXUS, DOCKER, JIRA, ...)

About you

• Minimum of 10 years experience in a development department, ideally in the health and digital technology sector.
• Expert in Cloud/SaaS software architecture.
• Knowledge of security standards and constraints related to health solutions and RSE commitments.
• Natural leadership and a unifying nature to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, very good communicator both orally and in writing.
• Ability to promote your strategic vision and make decisions.
• Enjoy working in team and cross-functional environments.
• Autonomous and responsive.
• Capable of adapting to difficult situations.
