Job Description:

We’re looking for a France-based CTO to join our climate tech startup. This is a co-founder position — expect equity, not salary.

What’s the project about?
  • The global furniture industry is projected to generate a turnover of US$765 billion this year, employing over 1 million people in the EU.
  • Furniture brands are transitioning toward sustainability due to consumer expectations and regulations like ESPR, EUDR, and the French AGEC law.
  • Our platform will help furniture brands measure and reduce their environmental impact at scale.
Who are we?
  • Anthony: a materials science graduate and Life Cycle Analysis specialist, based in Nancy, France.
  • Greg: an ESSEC graduate, with experience at Doctolib, Hunter.io, and Wisepops, based in Montpellier, France.
Project status:

We have engaged with the industry for 10 months, have a clear MVP plan, and some code ready. Our goal now is to complete the MVP to secure our first deals.

Who are we looking for?
  • Passionate about data challenges and scaling SaaS products.
  • Experienced in international and remote work environments.
  • Bonus: engineering degree.
  • Concerned about environmental issues.
  • Experienced in startups and iterative product development.
  • Humble team player ready to lead when needed.
  • Motivated to help tackle climate change.
