The EU CSR Project Manager for Sustainable Sites ensures the CSR strategy for Sustainable Sites and employee engagement is implemented, monitored, and reported regionally, in coordination with internal stakeholders. Reporting to the EU CSR Head, this role focuses on environmental topics such as decarbonization, energy, waste, water, and biodiversity, coordinating with HSE, Real Estate, and Procurement. The role serves as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for country stakeholders on Sustainable Sites topics.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Collaborate with the EU CSR head and other project managers to align regional CSR Sustainable Sites strategies with Group objectives.
  • Assist countries in translating Group CSR goals into actionable initiatives, identify and prioritize relevant CSR projects, and share best practices across the region.

  • Support CSR training, obtain ratings/labels, and monitor market regulations impacting CSR.
  • Provide backup support to other EU CSR Project Managers during Paid-Time-Off.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
