MISSION : MANAGE AND GROW A PORTFOLIO

Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating internal teams (operations, marketing, tech…) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Generate additionnal revenue through up-selling and cross-selling

Deliver regular performance reporting and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) analyzing key KPIs

Proactively identify growth opportunities and anticipate risks within accounts

Support clients' strategic, marketing, and operational decisions through data insights and industry best practices.

PROFILE : CSM

Must have :

A first experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project management within SaaS / tech / logistics / e-commerce environments.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

Proven track record of growing existing accounts and generating additional revenue.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.

Comfortable liaising with senior management and C-level stakeholders.

Full professional fluency in both French and English (mandatory).

Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.

Nice to have :

  • You speak Swedish or Danish
