CTS Group is seeking a Senior CSA Lead to own civil, structural, and architectural scopes on large-scale data center projects in France. You will manage underground services and fit-out packages from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors and interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams to deliver safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

This hands-on role requires 7+ years in construction project delivery, including leadership in UGS or architectural fit-out

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 7+ years in construction project delivery with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Experience with UGS and/or architectural fit-out in data center projects.
• Knowledge of French construction regulations and permitting.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Full lifecycle responsibility for UGS and fit-out packages.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust short- and mid-term lookahead plans.
• Drive progress, resolve blockers, and meet milestones and readiness deadlines.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage manpower, deliveries, sequencing, and logistics on site.
• Ensure smooth interface alignment with MEP, commissioning, and quality teams.
• Lead punch list resolution, inspections, and handover activities.
• Support constructability reviews, scope changes, and design clarifications.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior CSA Lead to take full ownership of Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes. You will manage underground services and architectural fit-out packages from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors, aligning interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your decisions directly affect project success.

Employee must be based in France.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management
• 7+ years in construction project delivery, including 3+ years in a package/discipline lead role
• Proven experience with UGS and/or architectural fit-out in high-spec or data center projects
• Knowledge of French construction regulations, standards, and permitting
• Proficiency in BIM, project planning, and document control tools
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and accountable
