Agicap, une scale-up dynamique basée à Lyon, recherche un CS Strategic Projects Manager pour diriger des projets clés au sein de l’équipe Customer Success. En collaborant étroitement avec la direction, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique pour contribuer à l'hypercroissance de l'entreprise. Vous aurez des occasions d'innover et de transformer les processus internes pour améliorer l'expérience client. Qualifications

  • Expérience de 3 ans minimum, idéalement dans un cabinet de conseil ou un rôle similaire en SaaS.
  • Connaissance du monde des systèmes de gestion de trésorerie (TMS) appréciée.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise.

Our Values

Reporting directly to the Deputy Global COO, you will play a key role in Agicap’s journey to exceed €100M in ARR over the coming years.

Main mission

As a CS Strategic Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of the most impactful projects for Agicap’s Customer Success department. You will play a key role in Agicap's hypergrowth by working closely with Agicap’s management team.

You will lead transverse projects and support the Head Ofs across all CS functions : Care, Account Management, Techs and Implementation. You will have to be their trusted business partners by understanding their main pains, identifying critical paths to fix them and operationally deliver both the action plans and the change management. You will work on a multi-country scope (France, DACH, Italy, UK, Spain).

Key responsibilities

The CS Strategic Projects team is currently being built, you will have the opportunity to be one of the first contributors.


Here is a short and non exhaustive list of tasks you might do:
  • Contribute to CS organizational changes
  • Define the overall onboarding strategy to activate our 8000 customers
  • Work on efficiency program to unlock added value for our clients
  • Adapt compensation plans to align with Agicap’s growth strategy
  • Create, formalize and improve internal processes in collaboration with operational teams
  • Support Head Ofs and Team Leads with change management
  • Deliver operational solutions and changes
Qualifications:
  • +3 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or in a similar role in a SaaS scale-up
  • Master's degree in a top business or engineering school
  • A Doer mindset and an appetite for diving into operational problems
  • A success-driven personality focused on making an impact daily and actively contributing to an entrepreneurial adventure
  • A good understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem, ideally some knowledge in the Treasury Management System (TMS) world
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-scaling environment
  • The ability to work with diverse teams and to drive, coach, and improve the performance of their team
  • Native language: French, German or Italian
  • Fluent English required
Geography & benefits:
  • Ideally located in Berlin, one of the following Agicap offices could work as well : Lyon, Milan, Lisbon
