Votre mission Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur des Ressources Humaines du site, vous participerez au pilotage d'un projet stratégique visant à mettre en œuvre une organisation en Flex Office pour près de 150 collaborateurs. Ce projet représente une opportunité unique d'accompagner la transformation des modes de travail, d'améliorer l'expérience collaborateur et de contribuer à la création d'environnements favorisant la collaboration, l'innovation et la performance collective.
