MaiaSpace is seeking a Cryogenic First Stage tank Design Engineer in Rezé, France. You will contribute to designing and testing a mini-launch vehicle while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Prior demonstrated experience on mechanical architecture activities of vehicles.
• Prior experience in CAD design with Solidworks.
• Knowledge on bill-of-material management with Solidworks PDM or equivalent.
• Knowledge on metallic material properties and manufacturing processes.
• English level sufficient to read and write technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the tank design within the First Stage.
• Propose designs according to high level technical requirements.
• Perform trade-offs to meet mass and cost targets.
• Contribute to the 3D CAD modelling of various structures.
• Exchange with other teams to understand constraints and needs.
