Ce rôle à distance vous permettra de travailler avec des équipes diverses pour améliorer le design des pages et optimiser les performances de conversion via des tests continus et des analyses de données.

Qualifications

  • 2+ ans d'expérience professionnelle en optimisation de conversion et design UX/UI.
  • Expérience prouvée en A/B testing.
  • Compétences analytiques solides avec attention aux détails.

  • Concevoir et exécuter des tests A/B pour améliorer les taux de conversion.
  • Proposer des améliorations basées sur des données pour nos tunnels de conversion.
  • Gérer et suivre les lancements de nouveaux clients.

Freelance mission – Full remote from Europe (max. 2h time difference with France)

We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America. We are lucky to have a team of experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in our offices in France and the US.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.


Context:
We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization, UX/UI & Marketing Operations Specialist. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize Landing Pages and surveys, ensuring maximum conversion performance through user-centric design and continuous testing.

Your missions:

    • Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates on Landing Pages and surveys

    • Optimize user journeys by applying UX/UI best practices

    • Analyze data and user behavior to identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities

    • Propose and implement data-driven improvements to our conversion funnels

    • Build and update Landing Pages using our internal Page Builder, providing UX and functionality feedback to technical teams

    • Monitor and investigate KPIs such as CVR, Billable Rate, and CPL to ensure targets are met

    • Manage and follow new client launches from operational setup to go-live

    • Act as a cross-functional project manager for optimization and launch projects in agile format (ClickUp)

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, UX/UI Design, Digital Marketing, or Web Design

  • Proven expertise in A/B testing and using data to drive UX/UI and performance decisions

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Experience designing or managing high-converting Landing Pages

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

  • Project management abilities – identifying objectives and coordinating teams to achieve them

  • Curious about consumer behavior and UX best practices

  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize and work independently

  • Fluent in English required; Spanish or German fluency is highly preferred (other languages such as Italian or Portuguese are a plus)

  • International account management experience is a plus
