Jellyfish in Paris is seeking a CRO/Experience Optimisation professional to lead strategic roadmaps for a luxury client. You will drive data-led experimentation, measurement, and cross-channel activation, mentoring juniors and shaping the practice for growth.

Hybrid role based in Paris with a gross annual salary of 38,000–42,000 EUR, dependent on experience. A discretionary annual bonus is available as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and professional English.
• 2+ years in end-to-end experience optimisation or CRO.
• Ability to map user journeys from discovery to measurement.
• Proficiency in web/app/product analytics and qualitative tools.
• Analytical and strategic mindset to translate data into roadmaps.
• Strong client relationship skills and collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead client meetings with a luxury account and translate needs into strategic CRO roadmaps.
• Act as the subject matter expert in CRO, experience optimisation, measurement, and analytics.
• Execute full lifecycle user journey audits, research, and continuous experiments.
• Define reporting and data-mapping requirements across teams.
• Provide mentorship and escalation support for junior team members.
