A leading gaming company in Paris seeks a CRM Game Strategy Manager to develop multi-channel strategies that enhance player engagement and retention. You will design player lifecycle journeys and work closely with various teams to ensure campaign success. The role requires significant experience in CRM and a strong understanding of data-driven marketing. A passion for gaming is a plus, along with fluency in French.

In this context, the CRM Game Strategy activity aims at improving the company’s acquisition, retention and monetization, ensuring player satisfaction at each step of their consumer /or gamer journey. Leveraging the power of data and multiple reach opportunities of CRM channels, the game strategy activity helps create 1-1 relationship with Ubisoft clients and ultimately drive loyalty within Ubisoft’s ecosystem.
