Une prestigieuse maison recherche un CRM Project Manager pour une mission de 7 mois à Paris. What are we expecting from you?

Within the Retail department, as a CRM Project Manager, you will report to the Head of Client Activation. You will be responsible for defining client journeys and implementing them. Your role includes analyzing their overall value and performance to adapt strategies accordingly.

The main missions are:

  • Leverage and define consistent client journeys to acquire, engage, and retain clients through automated communications based on their interactions with the Maison, in collaboration with data, communication, marketing, and patrimony teams.
  • Develop client program assets (creative content) in collaboration with the Communication team for all activation channels (email, MMS, WhatsApp, WeChat Mini Program, Kakaotalk, Line, etc.).
  • Implement digital client programs through customer journeys or monitor their implementation based on project specifics.
  • Support the development and setup of automated transactional activations, ensuring alignment with the Maison's overall client activation strategy (appointments, queue management, customer service, online orders, etc.).
  • Monitor activation performance and provide regular reporting to identify learnings and improve strategies.
  • Define targeting, supervise list extractions, and monitor offline activation performances (Welcome Book, portfolios).
  • Manage the client programs budget.

NB: This is a 7-month mission (July - January) based in Paris Headquarter.
