Van Cleef & Arpels recherche un CRM Project Manager pour rejoindre son département Retail. Le candidat devra définir les parcours clients, analyser les performances et collaborer avec différentes équipes pour créer des activations clients. Ce rôle de 7 mois basé à Paris offre des opportunités de développement de carrière dans un environnement dynamique.

Description du poste

You have a significant experience in CRM programs / client activations.You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you excel at multi-tasking.You are known for your ability to understand, maintain and enrich the brand identity.

What are we expecting from you?

Within the Retail department, as CRM Project manager you report to the Head of Client Activation. You are in charge of defining Client journeys and implementing it. You are responsible for analyzing their overall value and performance, to adapt accordingly.

The main missions are :

• Leverage & define consistent clients’ journeys to acquire, engage and retain clients (automated communications based on clients’ interactions with the Maison) in collaboration with other teams (data, communication, marketing, patrimony etc.)
• Develop client programs assets (creative & contents) in collaboration with the Communication team for all available activation channels (email, MMS, WhatsApp, Wechat mini program, Kakaotalk, Line etc.)
• Implement digital client programs through customer journeys (or monitor the implementation according to projects specificities)
• Support the development & setup of automated transactional activations to ensure their consistency regarding the global client activation strategy in the Maison (appointment, queue management, CS, online orders etc.)
• Monitor activations’ performances & deliver a regular global reporting to identify learnings and improve the strategy
• Define the targeting, supervise lists extractions & monitor performances of offline activations (Welcome book & portfolios)
• Monitor client programs budget

NB : 7 month mission (July - January) based in Paris Head Quarter
