Une entreprise dans l'industrie iGaming recherche un CRM Lifecycle Specialist pour améliorer l'engagement des joueurs. Vous serez responsable de l'implémentation des stratégies CRM, de la coordination des campagnes et de l'analyse des performances. Expérience en marketing CRM et maîtrise des outils CRM requis. Le poste est à distance avec un contrat de 4 à 6 mois.

Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée en CRM ou marketing lifecycle dans le secteur iGaming.
  • Compréhension solide de la segmentation et des parcours clients.
  • Compétences en communication et collaboration excellentes.
  • Anglais courant, espagnol et français sont un plus.

Honoré Gaming is seeking a skilled CRM Lifecycle Specialist to take ownership of player engagement strategies across our iGaming platforms. The ideal candidate will enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value by implementing tailored CRM initiatives. This role requires a data-driven professional with expertise in multi-channel communications, segmentation, and lifecycle optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Objective:

  • Implement and execute CRM strategies to strengthen player engagement, retention, and loyalty for different brands.
  • Build a framework of player retention and be a driver of building retention tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute CRM strategies to strengthen player engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Support the CRM Manager with insights for customer segmentation and lifecycle optimization.
  • Coordinate CRM campaigns across SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
  • Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.
  • Design event-based communications and personalized customer journeys.
  • Refine messaging to drive desired player behaviors and improve conversion.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement, conversion, churn, LTV) and deliver regular reports.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Leverage data insights to drive segmentation strategies and personalization.
  • Deliver tailored experiences to maximize player engagement and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and BI.
  • Align CRM activities with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on CRM and iGaming industry trends, sharing insights for continuous improvement.

Conditions :

Contract length :4/6 months

Work location : Remote

Remuneration :2500€-3500€ P/M

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency (Spanish and French are a plus).
