CRM Implementation Specialist - Automotive CRM

izmocars is a leading provider of automotive solutions globally, with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. Our clients include OEMs, large dealer groups, rental car companies, and leading online portals. We are expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic professionals for our Paris office.

We are currently seeking a CRM Implementation Specialist. This role requires understanding client requirements, translating them into technical documentation, and collaborating with the technical team for project implementation. The candidate must have experience working with remote teams and be bilingual in French and English.

Primary Function

This role focuses on supporting and customizing CRM software for Automotive Parts Distribution, involving production support, documentation, process development, integration, testing, training, and deployment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand requirements and generate project requirement documents
  • Create and communicate detailed requirements and solution proposals
  • Provide ongoing support to CRM platform users
  • Strong data loading experience
  • Conduct functional testing and support applications in production
  • Create documentation for new and changed processes
  • Assist project manager with status reporting and milestone tracking
  • Coordinate project activities across team members
  • Provide post-implementation support and user training

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-6 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in CRM implementation
  • Excellent project documentation skills
  • Experience with industry-recognized CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Experience documenting current and future process diagrams
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-managed and ambitious candidates preferred
