D-EDGE is hiring a 12-month apprenticeship in Paris for CRM implementation. You will shadow the team, support configuration, and progressively own projects from kickoff to go-live, with supervision and structured progression.

The role emphasizes customer communication, project tracking, and hands-on experience with integrations and trainings. Paris-based, hybrid work, with strong onboarding and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Shadow customer calls and support site configuration during the initial weeks.
• Learn project tracking with Zoho Projects and assist on tasks.
• Support kick-offs, timelines, scope definition and expectation alignment.
• Guide customers in defining configuration use cases, rules and workflows.
• Coordinate with technology partners to ensure integrations.
• Deliver training and drive adoption of features.
• Send recap emails and manage full follow-up with supervision.
• Track KPIs like time-to-go-live and completion rate.
