Byredo is seeking a Clienteling Assistant to strengthen one-to-one client relationships across its luxury retail network and support the global DTC team. Responsabilités

• Strengthen one-to-one client relationships across the retail network.
• Support the global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team.
• Maintain key data and provide technical support for the clienteling application.

• Develop training materials to support user adoption.
• Coordinate client activations across markets.
• Build and maintain activation calendars with global and local CRM teams.
• Review local plans and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
• Coordinate campaigns from briefing through execution.
• Monitor application adoption, new client acquisition, and task completion.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic presentations for senior management.

• Strengthen one-to-one client relationships across the retail network
• Support the global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team
• Maintain key data and provide technical support for the clienteling application
• Collaborate with IT, Retail, and external vendor teams on new features and deployments
• Develop training materials to support user adoption
• Coordinate client activations across markets

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a business school
• Bilingual in English
• Previous experience in retail, particularly luxury or beauty, is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Business-oriented, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal skills
• Rigorous, proactive, adaptable, and curious
• An internship agreement is required
