We are seeking a CRM Business Analyst to join GEODIS's Sales Performance team. You will work with the Global CRM Product Owner, business stakeholders, and technical teams to enhance our CRM platform and Sales & marketing ecosystem, ensure its reliability, and support the delivery of our roadmap.
Your responsibilities will include writing detailed user story acceptance criteria, testing new features, identifying and resolving bugs, and maintaining up-to-date functional documentation.
Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our global sales teams.
You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering or business school with a strong interest in the digital space. Minimum 1 year of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce or a similar platform. Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail. A good level of written and spoken English is required.
