THE ROLE
As a CRM & Loyalty Senior Project Manager your will be responsible to increase Coty’s first party data to improve consumer knowledge and increase consumer retention. Your role will be polyvalent since you will have the opportunity to work on 360° projects :
- CRM Capability Expansion & Globalization
- Coordinate deployment of core CRM foundations (data collection, activation, automation) across priority markets (MEA, APAC, EU).
- Identify all available touchpoints where 1P can be collected & assure that the necessary tools & processes will be put in place.
- Manage rollout timelines, stakeholder alignment, and deliverables with global brands, local teams and global IT / agency partners.
- Support integration of new channels (e.g., WhatsApp, LINE) into our global CRM ecosystem.
- Monitor overall data quality & ensure that GDPR compliance is followed by markets
- Contribute to the CRM acceleration in indirect ecommerce by partnering with ecommerce, trade teams, media and brand teams to plan CRM activations with key retail partners.
Test & Learn of new technologies
- Collaborate with the DTC CRM & Loyalty Senior Manager & brands to identify new solutions to automate & personalize CRM activations and consumer data collection / enrichment & data quality.
Contribute to the evangelization of CRM & Loyalty in the Coty culture
- Diffuse local best practices & making sure that they will be adopted by markets / brands
- Produce materials (tutorials, one pagers) with the help of the creative agency to upskill key stakeholders
- Assure that CRM & CRM best practices are integrated in strategic topics within Coty (ex sampling, product launch …)
Data-Driven & AI-Enabled CRM Acceleration
- Support pilots of predictive models through our CDP by coordinating data and marketing stakeholders.
- Manage testing of AI-assisted tools for content generation, segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Track performance, compile learnings, and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
- Centralized library of learnings and best practices created.
- Along with Data, Segmentation & Optimization Manager, coordinate the automation of CRM reporting and dashboarding in collaboration with BI and tech partners.
Profile & Skills
- 4–6 years’ experience in CRM and loyalty (agency or company / group level)
- Proven success working with all levels of management and within fast-paced and evolving environments
- Proven ability to manage multi-market or cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of CRM and loyalty mechanics in the China and APAC markets
- Exceptional analytical, logical, and strategic thinking ability, comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Demonstrated experience in developing and landing innovations – both small and large, especially within highly matrixed organizations with cross-functional ownership.
- Curiosity for innovation and AI-driven marketing.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in an international environment.
