Pawnee Mental Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Services Manager to lead the mobile crisis, outpatient crisis, and transitional housing teams across the 10-county service area.

The role focuses on supervision, access to care, and collaboration with community partners to coordinate comprehensive crisis services. The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, state QMHP licensure, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed by State regulatory board as QMHP or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Supervise mobile crisis, daytime crisis, and transitional CM teams.
• Coordinate crisis services and connect clients to care and resources.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting for grants and programs.
• Develop community partnerships and support access to services across the service area.
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified clinical staff.
