A leading payments solutions company based in Suresnes is seeking a Crisis and Business Continuity Manager. This role involves developing and implementing business continuity plans to ensure operations can continue during disruptions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in business continuity or risk management. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 22301.

This position is based in Suresnes (France) and you will be expected to have the flexibility to travel across different locations worldwide especially during the first year to build your internal network and identify main projects. As the Crisis and Business Continuity Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans. You ensure that critical business functions can continue during and after disruptions, safeguarding the company’s operations, reputation, and financial stability. Youwill work closely with various departments to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate response efforts.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, or a related discipline.
