Une entreprise leader dans le secteur offshore recherche un Coordinateur d'Équipe pour gérer les opérations de crewing. Ce rôle implique la planification des mouvements du personnel, la gestion des horaires, et le maintien de la documentation. Le candidat idéal a au moins un an d'expérience en coordination et excelle en communication, en français et en anglais. Assist with both short- and long-term crew movement planning
Act as a main point of contact for offshore personnel
Key Tasks :
Support crewing operations for DOAF (ROV / Projects)
Help manage and maintain offshore crew schedules
Coordinate crew changes, including visas, travel, and accommodation
Communicate with agencies and internal DO Group resources as needed
Keep crew documentation and records (CVs, certificates, personal info) updated in internal systems (Excel, OCS, NetSuite, etc.)
Arrange training for offshore staff when required
Serve as main point of contact for the Crewing Department in the absence of the Crewing Coordinator
Key Stakeholders :
Internal : Crewing Coordinator, Project Managers, Operations Managers, Country Managers, Onshore Coordinators
External : Flight providers, Manning agencies, Visa service providers
Required Experience & Skills :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a people coordination or HR-related role
Strong service mindset and excellent communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure
Flexible, independent, and dependable team player
Proficient in both French and English, written and spoken
