Younited, a leading fintech in Europe, seeks a Credit Strategy Manager to steer profitability and risk within Personal Loans and POS. You will lead analytics on origination, pricing and portfolio risk, partnering with CPM, Risk, and the Business Unit on strategic decisions.

You’ll collaborate across Europe, communicate insights to CEOs and senior stakeholders, and drive data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced, adaptive environment. Paris-based with hybrid remote options.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a top-ranked engineering school, business school or university with at least 3 years in a quantitative/analytical role.
• Strong quantitative background and SQL proficiency; able to analyze data quickly and independently; comfortable using Claude and AI tools.
• Structured, able to take a high-level view and handle complex or uncertain topics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence across teams.
• Fluent in English with ability to present data-driven recommendations to international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Monitor credit production and portfolio risk.
• Assess origination, segments, pricing, default and recovery levels against targets.
• Analyse cohorts and portfolio risk to identify deviations and impact on P&L.
• Provide recommendations on segment strategy (open/maintain/close).
• Develop credit analyses and recommendations.
• Work with CPM on default and recovery curves, risk assumptions, scores and rates, including country topics and salary-linked loans.
• Analyse current production and balance-sheet risk to ensure performance aligns with targets.
• Formulate clear, data-driven recommendations based on analyses.
• Coordinate stakeholders and communicate insights.
• Bridge CPM, Operations, Risk and Business Unit to explain origination performance and risk trends.
• Contribute to the monthly risk cycle, Risk Committees and monthly risk report.
• Communicate clearly with country CEOs, local Risk teams, CPM, ERM and senior stakeholders.
