The Credit Strategy Management team is at the heart of Younited’s strategy. Its mission is to support profitability while keeping risk levels within the established risk appetite, ensuring high-quality credit origination and continuously improving the decision system across the Personal Loans and Point of Sale businesses.
As Credit Risk Manager, you will manage an assigned perimeter and help ensure that credit production meets business targets by customer segment, pricing and risk level. Through quantitative analysis and close collaboration with CPM, Operations, Risk teams and the relevant Business Unit, you will identify deviations from target, assess their impact and turn your insights into clear recommendations.
