WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will analyze and monitor the credit risk profile of the Continental Europe SCIB clients portfolio, mainly Financial Institutions (Banks and Insurances). Your responsibilities include:

  1. Performing credit ratings for groups and subsidiaries.
  2. Managing the deal admission process, including presentations to committees.
  3. Defining annual risk appetite and limits per client.
  4. Identifying potential risks when analyzing transactions and performing ratings.
  5. Monitoring capital and RWA allocations.
  6. Protecting and strengthening the bank’s balance sheet, especially in Continental Europe.

Initially, the location will be in Paris.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar credit risk roles or Corporate Banking.
Education
  • University degree in Economics or Business Administration preferred.
  • Desired: CFA or similar qualification.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize information effectively.
Desired
  • Previous experience within SCIB is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters is highly valued.
  • Spanish language skills are highly regarded.
