Natixis TradEx Solutions (NTEX) is seeking an experienced professional to join the Credit Division within the Fixed Income & Forex intermediation team in Paris. You will execute client orders, coordinate between traders, clients, and middle-office to secure best prices and compliant results.

The role requires a finance or financial mathematics degree, 8+ years in fixed income trading (cash and derivatives), and strong VBA and Python skills, plus fluent English (B2/C1).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Markets activities, ideally on the buy-side, with Fixed Income - Credit trading (cash and derivatives).
• Proficient with market platforms and analytical tools; strong programming capability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute operations initiated by NTEX clients and coordinate between clients, counterparties, and middle-office to ensure best price and compliant outcomes.
• Interact directly with clients and managers with diverse strategies, proposing developments and leading projects with stakeholders.
• Contribute to evolution of electronic trading tools to reduce operational risk and improve service.
• Maintain daily relationships with contractors to provide market information and ensure smooth execution.
• Challenge activity through Transaction Cost Analysis and available data.
• Participate in technological developments for the Fixed Income desk and data initiatives.

Job Description

A subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers, one of the leaders in management in Europe, Natixis TradEx Solutions ("NTEX") with PSI and banking status offers services such as receiving orders for third parties on all financial instruments. (equities, fixed income, derivatives, OTC, foreign exchange, etc.) as well as proprietary trading limited to temporary securities disposal operations. Thanks to its 40 employees,Natixis TradEx Solutions is developing its value-added trading offerings, notably through the use of data science and technological strengths to meet market access and liquidity needs for clients within BPCE Group and externally by defending key values expertise and proximity to its clients.

Within the Fixed Income & Forex intermediation team (composed of 9 traders, in charge of Interest Rate, Credit, Monetary, Forex and EM products) of NatixisTradEx Solutions' intermediation department, your activity will be dedicated to the Credit Division. (IG & HY cash products and associated derivatives - listed and OTC). The activity is carried out in an innovative technological context, notably thanks to access (markets and trading platforms) as well as to the tools made available in pre- and post-trading.

Your main tasks are as follows:

• You ensure the execution of operations initiated by the various NTEX clients and act as a pivot between the different teams involved (clients, market counterparties, middle-office) in order to guarantee the search for the best price, the conformity of operations and their proper outcome,
• You are in direct contact with clients, principals (managers, insurers...) with highly diversified management strategies to take their needs into account, be a source of proposals for possible developments and carry out projects in interface with all the stakeholders involved,
• You contribute to the evolution of electronic trading tools on the various products used with the aim of reducing operational risk and improving service,
• You participate in the active relationship / daily facilitation with the contractors in order to provide them with market information.
• You will also challenge your activity through the Transaction Cost Analysis and the data made available.
• Also with solid experience in programming/IT and the implementation of execution platforms and algorithms, you actively participate in topics related to technological developments for the FI desk and data.

This position is based in Paris at 13, 59 avenue Pierre Mendes France with the possibility to work remotely (1 day per week).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in finance or financial mathematics, you have at least 8 years of experience in Financial Markets activities (ideally on the buy-side) and more specifically in Fixed Income - Credit trading, both on Cash products. (Primary and Secondary) and on the associated Derivatives products (listed, OTC).

You master:

• The main market mechanisms and tools (Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Tradeweb, FXAll, etc.)
• Ideally, the WHO Charles Rivers
• VBA, Python

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• rigorous, organized with good interpersonal skills and excellent responsiveness
• customer-oriented and with a strong sense of teamwork.

You master English with a B2/C1 level
