Job Title: Creator Marketing Specialist

As part of the development of a strategic new service for some of our artists at Believe, we are seeking a Creator Marketing Specialist with exceptional project management skills and strong knowledge of Creator marketing and media buying, with a specific focus on short-form platforms like TikTok. This role requires a data-driven and problem-solving mindset to help conceive and run a new artist development offer on short-form platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of authentic content that resonates with short-form platform audiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage TikTok self-serve marketing campaigns (90%)
  2. Set up and monitor campaigns
  3. Evaluate platform-validated content submissions to ensure they meet campaign standards
  4. Launch Spark Ads campaigns to support creator marketing content
  5. Support the creator marketing lead in deploying testing strategies (A/B testing) to optimize campaign performance
  6. Analyze campaign data to assess content performance and provide insights for refinement
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to improve campaign efficiency (10%)
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English; French and German are a plus
  • Experience in creative concept ideation and writing campaign briefs
  • Experience with digital marketing or influencer campaign management using media buying tools (TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • Good understanding of the influencer landscape in the US, UK, and German markets, especially within short-form platforms and music content
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate content and campaign effectiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills for providing feedback and creative guidance

  • Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role focused on digital or influencer marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and basic data analysis software
