As part of the development of a strategic new service for some of our artists at Believe, we are in search of a Creator Marketing specialist with exceptional skills on project management, and strong knowledge on Creator marketing and Media buying, with a specific focus on short-form platforms like TikTok. This role requires both a data-driven & problem-solving mindset to help conceive & run a brand new artist development offer on Short-form platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of authentic content that resonates with short-form platform audiences.
Under the responsibilities of the Creator Marketing Lead, manage Tikok self-serve marketing campaigns (90%)
• Set up and monitor campaign
• Evaluate platform-validated content submissions ensuring it meets our campaign’s creative and strategic standards.
• Launch Spark Ads campaign to support creator marketing contents
• Support the creator marketing lead in deploying a testing strategy to optimize campaign performance (A/B testing identifying new levers to deploy,..)
• Analyze campaign data to assess content performance and provide actionable insights for campaign refinement.
Support the creator marketing lead in coordinating internal expertise to strengthen campaign efficiency & more especially with (10%):
• Product team to create tools & features that automates campaign management workflow & reporting. This would involves expressing clear functional needs, interface testing & providing feedback.
• Business & Insights teams on large-scale study
• Tiktok Product Teams to provide feedback on features & business needs
QualificationsFluent in English with French and German as a plus. You are at ease communicating within an international environment.
• Demonstrated ability in creative concept ideation and writing campaign briefs.
• Experience with digital marketing or influencer campaign management, using mediabuying tool (Tiktok Ads manager, Meta business suite,...)
• Ease in using AI tool such as ChatGPT
• Good understanding of the influencer landscape, particularly within the US, UK and German markets. Deep understanding of short-form platforms and what music, content & mechanics resonate with audiences.
• Ease in navigating exploration projects which can change course strategically.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate content and assess campaign effectiveness.
• The capability to work independently, managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, particularly for providing constructive feedback and creative guidance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital or influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools, as well as basic data analysis software.
