Job summary

Workman Labs in Paris, France is seeking a creative AI lead on the Customer Success team. You will ship pinned examples, workflows, and apps, and help define what high-quality agentic creative work looks like on the platform.

You will own custom model training, scout external creator work, and build a library of assets. The role requires multi-modal output and coding fluency to prototype small tools, with on-camera participation and collaborative engagement across creator communities.

• Original body of creative work pre-dating AI boom (art, film, design, 3D, VFX, motion).
• Multi-modal range with coding fluency to build small tools and prototypes.

• Disqualifiers: influencers recycling others' ideas, AI educators with prompt lists but no original work.

Responsibilities

• Ship pinned examples, demos, workflows, and apps at a high professional standard.
• Speak as a practicing creator on webinars, conferences, and social platforms.
• Lead Scenario's creative agents and define strong agentic work on the platform.
• Scout external creator work and seed the upcoming creator marketplace.
• Contribute to product recommendations and mapping uses beyond gaming.
• Own the library of pinned examples, workflows, and apps.
• Own custom model training on Scenario (LoRAs and fine-tunes).
• Build, orchestrate, and document creative agents.

Job description

Scenario's in-house AI creator on the Customer Success team, reporting to the Head of Customer Success. Ships original image, video, 3D, audio, and agent work on the platform, owns custom model training and the pinned-examples library, and leads the company's creative agents.
